Time by Chantal Kreviazuk.

Even though there are musicians out there who aren’t as well known on the radio circuit, they make up for it on television and soundtracks. That’s the case for Canadian singer Chantal Kreviazuk, whose music has been featured on Joan of Arcadia, Felicity, Dawson’s Creek, Providence, Everwood and movies such as Uptown Girls, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, and Just My Luck.

Time is from her third album, What If It All Means Something, which was released in 2002. She had several background singers on the album, including Michelle Branch.

This particular song was featured in an episode called “Jump” from the first season of Joan of Arcadia. In the scene, Joan and Adam kiss for the first time during a science fair. It is a favorite among fans of the show. See the clip HERE.
